Unable to Login or Reset Password

Cause: The most common cause for this issue is users trying to login from a wrong regional login page.

Solution: Please follow the steps below to ensure you are logging in from the correct regional page:

  1. Navigate to the Login Page:

  2. Locate the Region Selector:

    • On the login page, you should find a dropdown menu or selector that allows you to choose between different regions such as "US," "Canada," and "Europe."
  3. Select the Correct Region:

    • Click on the dropdown menu or selector.
    • Choose the region that corresponds to your account's registered region. For instance, if you registered your account while residing in Canada, choose "Canada."
  4. Attempt to Login or Reset Password Again:
