Unable to Login or Reset Password on Datarails

Symptom: Users who are attempting to login to Datarails Web App at app.datarails.com and get a password or email are incorrect error message

Cause: password or email are not correct

Solution: Please follow the steps below to reset your password. This will work unless your organization is setup to login only with an SSO method.

  1. Navigate to the Login Page:
    • Go to the main login page app.datarails.com
  2. Select "Forgot Your Password" link
    • Enter your email and it should send a password reset link to your email that should allow you to setup a new password
  3. Attempt to Login to app.datarails.com with your email and your new Password
