A new workflow is now available! If you'd like to upgrade, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or contact support. You can learn more about the new workflow here.
When a user is assigned tasks from a workflow in Datarails, they gain access to the Tasks Interface. This feature is essential for delegating tasks and collecting specific inputs from colleagues.
A user will only see the Tasks Interface if they have been assigned tasks within a workflow. For example, department heads might be assigned tasks to complete their respective sections of a Budget Template.
