This article describes how to use the Datarails billing portal to access your invoices. From this portal you can:
- View and download invoices, and
- Edit account-specific details such as your invoicing email address, billing address, and preferred payment method.
To receive invoices via email, you must be the primary recipient who signed up to manage these tasks. This access would have been given you when you signed up to receive email invoices. If you are an admin, contributor, or another individual without access to email invoices, ask the account admin or a billing admin for help. For example, the account admin can download an invoice and email it to you.
Viewing invoices
To view invoices
- Login to the billing area by using the invoicing email
- Click the Billing History icon ()
- Download the relevan invoice
Changing the invoice address
The Business Details address on your Datarails account is the physical location of your business. If your business relocates, you can update your address so that your billing invoices correctly display this information.
To change the invoice address
- Login to the billing area by using the invoicing email
- Click the Billing & Shipping Addresses icon ()
- Enter the updated address and click on the Update button
