When sharing a Filebox with other users, you will assign a permission role that either gives them full, partial or restricted access to the content in the versions and the dashboards.

Permissions are assigned upon sharing the FileBox; after adding an email, you must select a role for that user:
- Go to the collaboration tab
- Hover your mouse over the user you would like to edit
- Click on the edit (pen) icon
- Select the new role from the drop-down list
Alternatively, you can delete this user entirely by clicking the trash bin icon instead of edit.
