How to sharing a dashboard with colleagues (Connect)

You have many options to publish and share your most up-to-date data via Datarails.

Send a link to other registered Datarails users
Publish widgets from your Dashboard to PowerPoint - both static and dynamic reports
Publish to PDF (for inside and outside your company)
Publish at scheduled times and frequencies.

What you share and how you do it, depends on whether you’re in the Dashboard, Excel Add-in or the PowerPoint Add-in.

Option	Use
Export to PDF	Dashboard>Export>PDF.
Email	Dashboard>Share>Invite Members. You must also share the FB with the underlying data.
Send a Link	Dashboard>Share>Copy Link.

Set Up a Schedule to Share Reports Automatically
When you use Dashboard>Share>Share Report, a new screen opens.

Select the schedule timeframe e.g, yearly, monthly etc (#1).
Enter email address/es (#2).
Set the parameter to ON as needed (#3).
Set the parameter to ON to activate the schedule (#4).
Next click Save. Team members will get the reports automatically from now on.
