Before we start, make sure that you have:
- Admin access to your Azure AD tenant
- The Datarails application ID: d57a5c0f-a13a-4528-9a6d-cdb6a126d550
Step-by-step guide
- Log in to your Azure portal: Navigate to https://portal.azure.com and sign in with your admin credentials.
- Navigate to Azure Active Directory (Azure AD): Once you’re logged in, locate and select “Azure Active Directory” from the left-hand side navigation menu.
- Select Enterprise Applications: In the Azure Active Directory dashboard, locate and select “Enterprise Applications” in the left-hand side menu.
- Add new application: In the Enterprise Applications pane, click on “+ New application”.
- Search for Datarails application ( application ID d57a5c0f-a13a-4528-9a6d-cdb6a126d550)
- Click “Sign up for Datarails”
- Choose your region
- Click Microsoft logo
- Sign in with Active Directory Administrator User
- Allow for your organization and Accept
- Ignore this message if you receive it.
- Go back to “Enterprise Applications” and Search for “Datarails” application
- Add more permissions and settings if you need.
- Done. Your Azure AD SSO should now be configured with Datarails and ready to use.
Note! The Datarails application supports Open graph and oAuth protocols only. Application does not support the SAML protocol. Application does not support provisioning.
