Datarails Home Page is your centralized space designed to empower Admins and Contributors with better control and efficiency. Here’s what you can do: 

• Review Open Tasks: Stay on top of your to-do list effortlessly.
• Get the Latest Data Updates: Access the most recent information with ease.
• Create Shortcuts: Quickly navigate to your most-used tools and features.

Home Page Structure 

Data status

Displays the current status of the Data Mappers and the Lookups section.

This section displays items updated in the last 90 days. To see all items, disable the toggle within the Data Status screen.

'Data status' statuses:

• Green: 'All looks perfect!' - Indicates no Data Mapper or Lookup errors in the last 90 days.
• Red: Indicates errors within the Data Mapper or connected Lookups. Click on the Data Status box to navigate the Filebox and address the errors.

Unmapped items

Presents the amount of unmapped items in the connected Lookups, if any.

This section displays items updated in the last 90 days. To see all items, disable the toggle within the unmapped items screen.

'Unmapped items' statuses:

• Green: 'Flawless Mapping!' - Indicates no unmapped items in the last 90 days.
• Yellow: Indicates unmapped items within the connected Lookups. Click on the Unmapped Items box to navigate to the Lookups folder and map the unmapped items.

Integration status 

View the current status of the connected integrations. 

This section displays items updated in the last 90 days. To see all items, disable the toggle within the Integration Status screen.

'Integration status' shows two kinds of statuses:

• Green: 'Successfully synced!' -  Indicates no integration issues in the last 90 days.
• Red: Indicates integration issues. Click the Integration Status box to see the details and solve the issues.

Recent data updates

Get an overview of recent activity within Datarails, that might affect your data, including:

• Filebox Name: Click to review the Filebox.
• Action Type: For example, upload or sync.
• Table: The table the Filebox is mapped to.
• Submitted By: For example, the user email or auto calc.
• Date: Date of the action.

Widget section

The Widget section at the bottom of the Home Page gives a dedicated financial status to gain immediate insights into the organization's financials.

Select an existing widget to preview on your Home Page by clicking 'Choose your widget', or replace it by clicking the replace icon.

Datarails Updates 

Stay informed with updates on new features and upcoming events. Participate in surveys, fill in reviews, and explore new features.

Shortcuts 

Personalize your homepage with direct links to your most-used features such as Fileboxes, Dashboards, Storyboards, or Workflows. After setting a shortcut, you can download a file, if available, and navigate to the feature directly.
