This article explains the initial set-up of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration with Datarails. If you need to add a second entity, please refer to our separate instructions.
Datarails’ integration solution enables you to consolidate all your data sources and seamlessly connect external apps, like QBO, to the Datarails web app. You can use this integration to automatically import data from QBO into Datarails Fileboxes and create reports such as Cash Flow, Profit and Loss, and Trial Balance.
Integration Steps
- Navigate to the Entities section in under Configuration.

Click 'Add new entity',

Choose QuickBooks online and Click 'Next'.
- QuickBooks Login page will open.
- Enter the correct credentials and Login.
