This article explains how to utilize the entities feature after you set up the initial Quickbooks Desktop integration with the Datarails Integration team. Please refer to the instructions here first

Datarails’ integration solution enables you to consolidate all your data sources and seamlessly connect external apps, like QBO, to the Datarails web app. You can use this integration to automatically import data from QBO into Datarails Fileboxes and create reports such as Cash Flow, Profit and Loss, and Trial Balance.

Data is transferred only from QBD to Datarails. Datarails does not write or modify any data in QBD.

Integration Steps

1. Navigate to the Entities section in under Configuration.

2. Click 'Add new entity',

3. Choose QuickBooks online and Click 'Next'. 

4. QuickBooks Login page will open. 
5. Enter the correct credentials and Login.
