Quick-access actions for Datarails formulas, tables, and drill-downs directly from the Excel right-click menu. Available in FP&A Office JS.
Menu Items
Right-clicking a cell in Excel surfaces the Datarails context menu with the following options. Items enable or disable automatically based on what is selected.

Enable / Disable Logic
The menu is context-sensitive. Each item checks the active cell before deciding whether to appear enabled or greyed out:
Refresh Cell activates only for Datarails formulas - those starting with
DR.(e.g.,DR.GET,DR.REPORT). Standard Excel formulas like=SUM(...)do not activate it.Refresh Table and Edit Table activate only when the selection is inside a Datarails data table, not on drill-down pivot tables or other Excel tables.
Drill Details, Drill Down - By Field, and Drill Down - Add to Favorites activate on numeric data cells with drillable Datarails data. They do not activate on column headers, empty cells, or non-numeric cells.
Platform Behavior
Excel Online
The context menu works on all cells, including cells within data tables. The add-in must be opened first for enable/disable logic to take effect.
Excel Desktop (Windows & Mac)
The context menu works on regular cells and cells with formulas. On Desktop, it does not appear when right-clicking directly on a data table. To use table actions, right-click a cell range that overlaps the table.
