The license agreement affects the number of:
- Users (viewers and admin users) and
- Process flows you can create
Event Prompting License Management Notification
Depending on your user permissions (Admin or other user), you may receive a notey (online message) saying that you have reached the maximum user limit according to your license agreement. This may occur in several situations (see the table below).

- If you are an Admin, contact your Customer Success Manager.
- If you are a general user, contact your Admin.
