License Management

The license agreement affects the number of:

  • Users (viewers and admin users) and
  • Process flows you can create

Event Prompting License Management Notification

Depending on your user permissions (Admin or other user), you may receive a notey (online message) saying that you have reached the maximum user limit according to your license agreement. This may occur in several situations (see the table below).

Who​
1. Create a new user Admin
2. Add a new Admin user or convert an existing user to Admin Admin
3. Unlock an existing user Admin
4. Create a new process flow Any User
5. Share a dashboard or a Filebox with a person who is not currently on your organization’s user list Any User
6. Add a comment to a widget for a person who is not an existing Datarails user Any User

The action that generated the license notification will not be executed.

What To Do

  • If you are an Admin, contact your Customer Success Manager.
  • If you are a general user, contact your Admin.
