A note about Exercise #2:

Identifying which of your columns (fields) is the right one to show the desired hierarchy may be challenging. Notice in the video how you can use the Formula Builder feature to determine which data points are included at the different hierarchy levels. You can simply drag the fields into the "Rows" box to see which data points they contain.
