What can I do if it says "Missing" in the cells in my Excel report?

Click the Refresh button in the Datarails add-in . "Missing" means Datarails needs to download the data from the database in the cloud.

What's wrong if all cells show zero once I click Refresh?

Make sure the Excel add-in is logged into the Exercise Environment. Refer to Step 4 in the instructions on this site and watch the associated video.

In Exercise #2, I entered the correct formulas, but I'm still just seeing zeros. What else could be wrong?

Check if the filter you created in exercise one is still set for "Customer 5". It applies to all sheets in the workbook, so you need to set it back to all customers.
